This will be back-dated to 1st April, 2008, therefore the pay grade of all posts may be subject to variation i.e. increased or decreased, from the grade being advertised.
The Council is committed to introducing a pay protection scheme which will be made available where a reduction in pay may take place. The terms of the pay protection scheme are currently being developed with recognised trade unions
