Following completion of the Authority?s Job Evaluation exercise in 2007 and the introduction of a new pay and grading structure, the pay grades set out in the recruitment advertisements appearing in this Vacancy Bulletin may be subject to variation (i.e. increased or decreased) from the grades now being offered.
The Council is committed to introducing a pay protection scheme which will be made available where a reduction in pay may take place. The terms of the pay protection scheme are currently being developed with recognised trade unions
